:: Player ‘Activity’ within Spark
Spark is a high end PvE raiding guild. In order to do this successfully we do require our members to play fairly regularly and attend guild events. If your raiding attendance drops below a certain amount of raids (at the moment of writing: 4 raids / 4weeks) you will be classified as inactive and lose privilege on raid attendance and loot. Ideally members should be able to raid at least twice a week. Event sign on is 19.45 server time with event starting promptly at 20.00 server time.

:: Age - the minimum age for membership in Spark is 18.
As a mature guild we only admit mature players. The average age of player in Spark is well into the 21+ group, with some in their 40s. We know there are some great younger players out there, but unfortunately we also know the majority are not so great. It is this majority combined with past experiences which have created the need for an age limit.

If you can't find your potential Class Leader for a chat, any other Class Leader will be happy to help you out with any questions you may have.

Exceptional applications will always be considered even if the class/role is marked as full.

Should you as a member wish to recruit someone outwith these class and level requirements, have him/her apply as normal and post your personal evaluation to the application thread. This will be considered with the same restrictions as "RL friend or relative" stated below.

:: RL friend or relative
Your friend will have priority on our application queue, should your friend want to be put on that queue until we have room.

:: Reinvites
If you have been removed from the guild because of inactiveness stated in the ranks policy, you may be reinvited, but with the following requirements.
- You previously must have achieved member status.
- Your class is important when officers consider this application.
- You level is 80.
- Your old rank within the guild is important when we consider these requests.
- You will have priority on our application queue, should u want to be put on that queue until we have room.
Under very special circumstances we are willing to relax these requirements.

:: Alt characters
Alt characters are welcome, but with the following requirements.
- You must have achieved member status
- Your class selection reflects guild need.
- You may only have one main character and be aware main characters always looting and raid attendance get priority over alts.
- Your existing alt characters are level 60.
- Your current rank within the guild is important when we consider these requests. Under very special circumstances we are willing to relax these requirements.

:: Changing main character
You may be allowed to change main character, but with the following requirments.
- You must have achieved member status
- Your class selection reflects guild need.
- Your alt character is st maximum level.
- Be aware of that changing mains can only be done every 3 months at a maximum.
- Your current rank within the guild is important when we consider these requests.
Under very special circumstances we are willing to relax these requirements.

:: Initiate rank
When first joining the guild a character is given the rank of Initiate. Initiates have a two to four-week trial period to let them see how we operate and get used to us. We expect Initiates to gain full membership after this trial period. For more information on how to gain full membership, please see the Ranks page.

:: Readmission
If you have been removed from the guild because of inactivity, you may be allowed to join again providing:
- There is still a vacant slot for your class.
- You were considered an active members in your past time in the guild.
- You will be able to be active within the guild, once readmitted.

It has never been the intention at Spark to have the largest guild on the Runetotem server. Instead it is our goal to have a small guild, but still large enough to be able to master any and all challenges within the game. We believe the way to success is through having the right players and we hope those who wish to join our guild feel the same way.

We are delighted and honoured that you would wish to join us, but before you apply it would help if you knew a little more about us. So please read the following carefully before submitting your application.

We do of course want more good players to help us achieve our aims, but we are selective in who we admit. Please read the section above about what classes we are looking for, if you haven't already done so.

Spark is a PvE raiding guild with events at least 6 nights per week. Raiding time is 19.45 to about midnight (server time). Members realistically have to attend at least 2 events per week, preferably more, in order to keep up with guild progress. If you are hoping to join us you will need to be able to fit in with this schedule.

We are an English speaking guild, no other languages are used. When in guild chat English must be used at all times. We do not use ‘l33t sp34k? m8’ if you would rather talk in numbers than words then Spark is not the guild for you.

Spark is a mature guild; average player age is over 21, higher still amongst Officers and Elite. However, we welcome any players over the age of 18, providing they can behave in a mature manner.

Spark’s success is down to a high level of organisation with the guild. In order to be in Spark, you will have to accept our rules, we will expect you to learn tactics for boss fights, and follow the instructions of our class and raid leaders. However, if you can do this you will see the rewards are well worth it!

All members of the guild must be treated with respect. Abusive comments are not acceptable and we do not allow ‘flaming.’ We do not tolerate discrimination or prejudice of any kind.
